Our Initiatives

Below you will find some of our ongoing initiatives.  Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or would like to assist.

The Angela Pauling Memorial Scholarship Fund offers scholarly funding to college-bound senior students who are from Angela Pauling’s High School Harry S. Truman in the Bronx, New York, and the children of active members of MMSI.

The purpose of the Artists Networking and Mentor Initiative is to pair young emerging artists with professional and established adult artists to create networking and mentoring relationships, and aid in advancing the student’s opportunities, skill, creativity and introduction into the professional arts community.

The ASA Restoration Project is an archeological dig and restoration of the tomb of a 25th Dynasty priest named Karkahamun (Car-ca-moon). It is the first time in history that an Egyptian excavation is almost entirely funded by African-Americans (mainly from the Northeast United States).
